Vibebery is an AI-powered tool that generates software blueprints, documentation, and project scaffolding based on user input. The generated content is intended as a starting point for development and should be reviewed and modified as needed.
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
- Generate content that violates third-party rights
- Overwhelm the Service with automated requests
- Share your account credentials with others
5. Intellectual Property
Content you generate using Vibebery belongs to you. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services. The Vibebery platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Certain features require payment. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated content should be reviewed before use in production.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibebery and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
