We want you to be satisfied with Vibebery. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

Subscription Refunds

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your subscription, request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

After 7 days, we offer prorated refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your situation.

Credit Packs

One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your account email and purchase date
  3. Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund
  4. We'll process your request within 3-5 business days

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • You've violated our Terms of Service
  • You've received and used a significant portion of credits
  • The request is made after the refund window has closed
  • Multiple refund requests from the same user

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't prorate cancellations, but you won't be charged again.
